C&K Trucking launches a new mobile friendly website

We are pleased to launch our new website. This new site has been in the works for a while and we hope you welcome the fresh new look, as well as some exciting new features.

This new site brings forward thinking design and exciting new capabilities to the surface. To begin, it is a mobile friendly site. So whether you're on your smartphone, a tablet or a computer, it plays nice with all devices. So please give it a try on your favorite tech toys and share your thoughts.

It also has full featured content management system on the backend. This makes it easy for us to update our site internally. We can easily add news items, job openings, locations, terminals, fuel surcharges and more. It gives us an unprecedented amount of control, without requiring extensive programming knowledge.

A key highlight is our locations page which utilizes Google Maps to show our location, as well as our terminals. Users can easily click on each location on the map to get specific address info. We even integrated Google Map's API which allows smartphones to use their current location to provide GPS-like capabilities with driving directions.

Lastly, much of our focus was on usability. At the heart of our new website is a straight forward design that works with all devices. We embraced simplicity and ease of use to make it easy for the viewer to access the information they wanted. And we built it grow with us. So as our needs change, our website can change too.
