The federal Department of Transportation (DOT) completed a safety audit of C&K Trucking. Over a three week period they thoroughly examined C&K’s operations, interviewed personnel and reviewed paperwork. At the completion of their audit, C&K received a satisfactory rating, which is the best rating one can receive from the DOT. “Safety is a top priority with our company” said Mike Burton, President of C&K Trucking. “We are pleased with the DOT rating, as it confirms our commitment to safety”. In addition to the safety audit, they also completed a Hazardous Material Security Plan Audit which was also satisfactory.
