C&K Holdings Acquisition, LLC, acquires Skyline Express, Inc.
C&K Holdings Acquisition, LLC, parent of C&K Trucking, LLC and AV Logistics, LLC, announced today that it acquired Skyline Express, Inc., for an undisclosed amount. Skyline Express, Inc. is a local intermodal drayage Company serving a 250 mile radius of the Front Royal, Virginia area. Skyline Express, operating for 16 years, utilizes 100% Company owned late model trucks to provide highly dependable service to its customers. Customers include the Port of Virginia, Fortune 500 Companies, 3PL’s, Steamship lines, and large truckload carriers.
